The Wink of Stella brush is perfect for writing, or adding controlled glitter to stamped projects. Remove the black ring to start the flow, separate the pen parts, remove and discard the black ring, twist completely back together and then remove the lid. Squeeze gently when you need glitter to dispense and brush on.
