This tool is the tool every card maker has been waiting for. The Blue base and 4 guides comes with the CAT tool. The base is open ended and can be used by left or right hand crafters, every size of card can be used in the base. Ensure your card front or card base is cut straight * tool will not work properly if paper is not cut correctly* line the base paper into a corner, and pick your guide. Ensure the paper is tucked properly into a corner and slide the alignment tool over top-holding the paper in place. Then according to size selected cut and place your next layer. You can do as many layers up as you wish, by just changing your guides.
